  Nous avons regretté que malgré notre réservation par letsbookhotel.com 3 mois à l'avance, et venant de France pour visiter rio, on se voit attribuer la plus petite chambre de l'étage (ce n'est pas très sympa surtout que l'hotel avait de nombreuses chambres libres) Nous aurions peut-etre du choisir un autre site de réservation que letsbookhotel.com... ce que les gens disent » . - Sa situation en centre ville très pratique. la petite piscine jacuzzi au 19eme etage avec une vue exceptionnelle sur le pain de sucre et le Corcovado.   We spent three nights at the R&C Santa Teresa and were very happy with our choice for romantic vacation. The room was very nice and very clean. The design of hotel is awesome. The area itself is interesting and from what I gather has some cool drinking holes and restaurants. One could start and finish a book in peace here, yet 'feel Brazilian', and not feel they need to join the flock of tourists seeing the usuals in Rio. I enjoyed spending time at the bar, restaurant and spa - perfect for a day of indulgence!

  Very professional, helpful staff. Enormous room with jacuzzi and a walk-in shower that doubles as a steam room. Very acceptable level of noise in my street-facing room. Good wifi in the public areas. - Really nice bedroom! Bath and shower are awesome!

  Very nice hotel. Very clean and neat!, My Room had a beaufitul view of the beach. Breakfast buffet was excellent! (hot and cold). The lobby is very pretty. The Swimingpool area in the 39th floor has a wonderful view of Copacabana, and Sugar loaf! (Request a high floor for best views). There is even a view of the mountains from the bathroom! Windows open so you can hear the ocean all night long... Very clean, quiet, double sinks in bathroom - marble and hardwood floors. Staff is excellent, friendly and almost all speak English.
