  The staff were very professional, friendly and spoke excellent English - unlike staff at most hotels in Lapa and Glória. The breakfast service is fairly standard but good. The location is great, about 700m from metro, bus stops even closer, taxi's driving past front door at any time of day or night, very accessible, walkin distance to arches of lapa, and night life area. breakfast in the morning is delicious and a large variety.

  Nous avons regretté que malgré notre réservation par letsbookhotel.com 3 mois à l'avance, et venant de France pour visiter rio, on se voit attribuer la plus petite chambre de l'étage (ce n'est pas très sympa surtout que l'hotel avait de nombreuses chambres libres) Nous aurions peut-etre du choisir un autre site de réservation que letsbookhotel.com... ce que les gens disent » . - Sa situation en centre ville très pratique. la petite piscine jacuzzi au 19eme etage avec une vue exceptionnelle sur le pain de sucre et le Corcovado. The Flamengo area is a great in Rio de Janeiro to stay, where you can stay at a great hotel, but not pay the price as you would in Copacabana or Ipanema.   Dont let the reviews fool you, this is actually one of the better hotels in Copacabana for the price! We stayed in several 4 star (expensive) hotels that were not any better!!! - I was on the suite azul was so nice the room was big enought and the privat piscine was just perfect with the weather of rio ! Ill get back for my next trip ;)

  The staff at Augusto's were phenomenal. Fantastic customer service. The staff are what made this hotel worth the money. In particular Yuri and LIsa. They were so helpful with recommendations, calling restaurants and communicating for us. Just fantastic hotel staff. - good location, clean, tidy and comfortable for the price, helpful staff
