  This is a beautiful place to stay. A tastefully converted mill that overlooks a park with a stream and abundant birdlife. Its is both tranquil and re-energising. My welcome was warm and attentive and the attention to detail top class. A great spread for breakfast too! All in all a wonderful place to stay.   Large bedroom. Large and modern walk in shower. Everything was very modern. The breakfast was excellent, on our second day they had even bought my favourite cheese (Herve) because I'd mentioned it on our first day.

  I'm normally sceptical about ratings from other people & this place has a very high score - but I agree with the majority. The owner, Michel, has set up the place with a simple and elegant balance between medieval & contemporary - very nice . . . and very clean! The breakfast was fresh & tasty with a couple of unique elements. Michel - This B&B is really exceptional. The house is four hundred years old but has been lovingly restored by Michel, the owner, and is now very comfortable indeed with a great bed. The location is amazing - directly opposite the extensive, exquisite and peaceful 13th century Begijnhof (a sort of village within a town), but just a 10 minute walk right into the centre of Leuven which is a lively and happy university town, or a 5 minute walk to the river and walks in the forest. Our suite was wonderful, clean, very spacious and beautifully furnished. We had fresh fruit and chocolates and a full mini bar every day!   Ann and Guy were very friendly and went out of their way to make sure we were comfortable. The suite was not only very comfortable but tastefully decorated. The breakfast was very good. They picked us up at the airport and dropped us off. We were offered to sit in the beautiful spacious garden. Ann offered us a drink. We were two adults and three children (2,5,8). The accommodations were excellent the hospitality was very good and breakfast was great. We ate breakfast outside in the beautiful garden and it was a lot of fun. As we flew into Brussels late in the evening this was the perfect choice.
