  This place is exactly what it said it would be a budget hotel near the airport. The shuttle was marked, there was wifi in my room, (even though it did take a few tries to connect it) and it was enough bandwidth to stream shows. I just buffered them while I ate dinner at the restaurant.   yes - The hotel is located in the liveliest part of town and as close to centre of Leuven as you can get. The staff is friendly and accommodating. The rooms are dated and a bit tired, but the bed and bathroom are acceptable. Despite our very early departure, our breakfast was made available with a smile.
