  The b&b was a great find. Anne,our hostess made the business stay a real treat. The suite was beautiful,well appointed and inmaculately decorated and kept. The sueeounding fields were beautiful and quiet. Perfect. - Room was very wide, modern furnishings and layout was great. Staff was good very kind and friendly.

  This is a real statement, not a fake. I stayed there 2 nights for business reasons. Kurt, the owner was really concerned about every aspect of my stay. Both the rooms and general areas were built and decorated with care and passion resulting in modern and very comfortable Bed & Breakfast whilst staying true to the origin of the building.

  Only stayed here for one night, but a real find. Excellent facilities and a warm welcome (with an excellent recommendation for dinner at the nearby (3k) Du Jardin restaurant). Nice to find a B&B with hotel like facilities (wifi, aircon etc).   Great Location close to the Koppenberg. Staff were really helpful and friendly. Nothing was too much trouble. Facilities are great the room was lovely with a fantastic bathroom. Breakfast was a choice and was local and fresh. Perfect location for cycling the Flanders route or watching the Koppenberg Cross.

  There is nothing that we did not like. We travel all over the world...and stay in many types of different accommodations. This is not really a B&B. This is a luxury pearl of a boutique hotel, only two years old, upkept with a great deal of love and care, which is situated in a rural area and yet is very close to major motorways. In fact, the o... ce que les gens disent » nly reason that this B&B does not have a 5 star hotel status, is because it does not serve evening meals - a requisite for a "hotel" status. It is - Fabulous, intimate place surrounded by fields and so restful ! Family run (made you feel like it's your own family). All facilities better than first class and bigger, expensive and arrogant hotels should come here and learn what customer service and "welcome" is all about. This is a jewel well found and Dendermonde is a pretty and quiet town with good eating and drinking options. First rate - it is so good I won't even tell you where it is
