  Clean and quiet though in the centre and practically next or close to everything you may want to visit in Brussels. The room was as new, breakfast room cosy and well arranged so to be able to have breakfast even before the set times.   Very good location off the Grand Sablon. Only 5 rooms.Rooms are a decent size, modern, clean and comfortable. Not for kids (quiet/stairs) or elderly (stairs), but thoroughly recommend for others and we would certainly stay there again.   We had a wonderfully positive stay. Our host was able to give us an overview of the city, and was readily available at any time because the intercom rings to her phone when she is not on premises. The rooms were capacious and clean.   Rooms were clean and new. Owners Xavier and his mother (forgotten her name) were lovely people. Xavier was such a gentleman helping us with our bags up 3 flights of stairs. He very informative with what to do in and around town. Xavier and his mother were able to call around to find out if things were open and to book things. Breakfast was individually presented, not buffet-style, making me feel like a house guest. It included made-to-order eggs, hot french toast, freshly-squeezed orange juice.   We stayed at the apartment over the gallery and it was lovely. Very beautiful and large with a large bathroom and a separate kitchen/breakfast area on the top floor. Plus the location was fantastic, only a block from the Mannekin Pis statue and a very short walk to the main square. Oh and their cat Sushi took a liking to us and would come to visit... ce que les gens disent » from time to time. From our perspective it was perfect! - The accommodation is in a superb location. It is easy to visit the pain sights and also only 5 minute walk from train station- a real plus. We stayed above the gallery and loved having a separate bedroom and dining room. The owners were very friendly and checked each day that everything had been ok. A simple breakfast but more than adequate.

It's a tiny place - only three bedrooms, each occupying one floor of a narrow building whose ground fllor used to be a butchers' shop (tiles walls and meat-hooks still in evidence). Excellent continental style - Our hosts were friendly and full of local information about where to go to eat and places to see. Our suite was quiet, spacious with very comfy bed and a great view over the street below.

  Adorable little family run b & B. everyone was very friendly, staff and guests alike. Guidebooks and maps are always out for you to borrow during your stay. European breakfast was simple, but fresh and yummy and the couple found gluten free bread for me every day. Located just outside the central part of the city, but next to a subway stop and a large medieval gate/tower which made it very easy to find your wa - the staf was very friendly and helpful. the room was beautιful, very romantic and very clean. The whole residence was amazing, especially the breakfast room. the metro station was at the next corner, but if feeling like walking the center of the city (Grand Place) was only 20-25min by foot.
