Ce que les gens disent

Le parking (box fermé dans cour privée) indispensable en plein centre. Le calme absolu et de l'espace. L'accueil du propriétaire. La grande terrasse au-dessus des toits avec salon de jardin. Pas de volets, donc réveil à l'aube. Mais a priori ce n'est pas une exception lorsque l'on regarde la façade des immeubles aux alentours.
