My family and I really enjoyed our stay. The children (2 of them) both
had their own bed and they were in a separate room from us. The
breakfast was included with the price and it was wonderful! The hostess
was very nice and made sure we had a comfortable stay. There are ski
resorts within a 20 minute drive.

The lady at reception was so nice & helpful, she couldn't speak english but when our taxi didn't show up she frantically raced around trying to get us another and thanks to her we didn't miss our train. The location of the hotel in Itter right in the heart of Austrian Tyrol
is beautiful. We took a trip in the summer and I can imagine it's
just as gorgeous in the winter. The rooms and bathrooms were super
clean. The rooms are very spacious and would accomodate you and all of
your ski gear easily. I would recommend this hotel in this location all
year round. Stunning views, stunning nature, and stunning landscapes.
