  The staff were very friendly and helpful. We had a late train arrival and departure from St Anton and they accommodated us no problems and allowed us to get an extra day on the slopes. Breakfast was always good and the room was warm.   Although quiet and out of season, the hotel was cosy and welcoming. The room was large and comfortable with a balcony. The food was excellent and well presented, particularly dinner. I understand the chef has been there a number of years and is local and he and his staff do a great job. The reception and serving staff were extremely helpful.

Thank you for making my stay very pleasant. - Hotel is centrally located and near everything in village. Staff were really friendly. Breakfast was good and especially coffey was really good.

  The service was outstanding. In the big breakfast area everyone checked on you to see if you were good. Very helpful at coffee machine etc. Breakfast was well laid out. The two young ladies in the little restaraunt by the bar were just great. The little blond girl at the front desk was fabulous. So helpful. Loved the locker set up. We would - The staff was amazing. The night front desk employee ( a gentleman) went above and beyond.   This is the 2nd time my husband and I have stayed at the Pension. The hostess and host were exceptional. Felt like staying with family. We WILL be back. - Host family really friendly. A great experience of Austrian hospitality. Would recommend staying.
