  The very friendly staff. Everyone was very concerned about our well being. The rooms were nice and clean, the breakfast was very good and had a lot of options for everyone and the activities planned by the hotel were a lot of fun.

  Great location just out of Salzburg. If you're not traveling by car it could be a bit out of the way. We're in the area quite often so we have no issues with driving into town so it wasn't an issue. Check for public transportation if you're taking the train into town.   Everything was very clean. The hotel, the restaurant, the swimming pools. Room was big enough for the 4 of us. The hotel has indoor and outdoor facilities for children, with very friendly staff. Food was excellent. Service was very good. Reception and restaurant staff were very friendly and helpful. Everyone could speak English. Locatio - I could not fault this hotel. The staff were extremely polite, attentive, diligent and caring. It seemed like the "boss" a slim lady, worked alongside everyone and generaed a great working spirit. Right alongside the lift, can't beat the location. Good beer and food. Excellent all round.
