  Very friendly and nice host couple, great location. Spacious apartment with three rooms, a toilet and a bathroom, excellent for us (2 adults w 2 kids (11,14). Included in the stay was the Zell/Kaprun card, which among other things gave us free access to cable cars, etc. We estimated that we saved €500 during our week in Zell. The hotel is centrally located, 10min walk from railway station, 5 minutes walk from buses going to Kaprun and Kitzsteinhorn cable car or locally to Schmittenbahn, 5 min walk to the lake promenade and boats, restaurants and shops nearby. The restaurant has good and affordable food for an evening meal. Internet wireless worked very well.
