  The hotel is very convenient - near bus stops and 2 train stations. Well- equipped for a family of 4. Supermarket across the street. No elevators but not a problem for us. Clean and enough space for us. To get your keys, just phone Mr. Wagner ahead of time and at the end of the stay, there was no fuss. Spacious, comfortable and clean and directly across from a supermarket. Herr Wagner was a very attentive host.   This is a charming place to stay when visiting Vienna. It is located near to the underground (Rochusgasse) and near to center of town (2 stops). The room I had (nr 14) was spacious with terrace , sofas, a separate dressing, bathroom and separate WC. There was no noice at night as the room was in the back of the building. I certainly will return her on my next trip to Vienna as it had all the qualities you ap - Although I hoped it would be a good place, I never expected it would be so good. The location is perfect: in the very center of the city, but in a unbelievably quite street, so nothing will disturb your sleep. My room was very clean and spacious room with everything important at hand. Breakfast was very nice, accompnied by Strauss recording, with a pleasntly moderate choice of food, not too much and everything was very fresh. I liked it a lot and would recommend tha place to everybody.

  We spent 4 nights in a hotel in the begenning of May 2013. а) Personal was very helpful (special thanks to Vladimir Mitev). b) A room was quite spacious and clean. Metro station is a bit far from the hotel and it is recommended to use the bus 74a that goes to Veinna Mitte every 7-8 minutes, and there may be transfer at the metro or a train to the airport.
