  The owner is a good friend of ours so a bottle of wine was waiting for us. We joined other guests on the veranda for drinks in the evening - most enjoyable. We even had BBC to watch Wimbledon! - Great place and good value. Breakfast was great and the staff was polite. Art on the walls was interesting.

  We loved everything about our stay. We were warmly greeted by the front staff upon arrival and whenever passing by the desk. Our room was ample in space with a large sitting area, double closet and two room bath (toilet is a separate room). We also had a balcony that overlooked the Swartzsee.   Excellent location, just 5 minutes walk to the Hahnenkammbahn gondola. A very nice Italian restaurant and ski hire/sport shop adjoining the hotel. Short walk to the main street and restaurants and bars. Friendly, cozy atmosphere with very attentive and very helpful staff led by Frau Resch. Helpful kitchen for breakfast. Internal ski room an - Perfect location just 200 meters from Hahnenkammbahn. Extremely friendly and service-oriented staff. We came by car and though the hotel doesn't have its own garage we were guided to park outside. The rooms are not so new but really clean. Practical furniture. Simple and very nice sauna.

  No complaints here - had a very pleasant saty - highly recommended. Did a 4 day Easter ski trip. The Hotel was clean and had all the basic amenities (internet was fast which was great because had to work), the Entrasser family friendly and helpful and the location very good for Kitzbuhel skiing (free car parking a bonus).   From the moment we arrived we were made to feel welcome and this set the standard for the entire two weeks we stayed. Nothing was too much trouble for our hosts who were beyond kind, helpful and generous and they certainly enhanced our holiday.
