The professional, courteous and concerned manner in which the Guest Relations personnel dealt with our disappointment and frustration at the room we were allocated. We were delighted when we were upgraded the next morning to a sensational room with a stunning view. We will return!. Views and facilities great location great for walking around particularly to the shops and restaurants. Public transport easily acccessable and excellent service and amazing cheap cost. Very beautiful place and would not hesitate about staying there again.
tous commentaires » Fantastic location. Close to the beach, Dolphin Quay and city centre. The apartment was well equipped and very comfortable. It is in a great complex. The lady that greeted us to pick up keys was very helpful, friendly and professional. Thank you. Location was excellent, security first rate. Close to restaurants and walking distance to town centre. Great views of water, one more floor up would have been even better. Could view both sunrise and sunset, just beautiful. Will stay again. It was amazing. We didnt want to come back to reality. Location Size of room. The initial room allocation from letsbookhotel.com did not meet expectations. Although classified as beach-side, the view was of the buildings in front; shade sails and roofs. We were extremely disappointed and frustrated as this did not meet our expectations or hopes for our time away. We had specifically chosen this resort for its ocean views and beach side location. Some staff not helpful because the booking was done with Watergardens and not Seashells did really want to know you which made it very difficult at times as a visitor not knowing the area. The apartment (205) had a smell on arrival that we thought was possibly from cigarette smoking. The day we checked out, there was an unpleasant odour coming from the bathroom. Perhaps it needs checking. I hate the fact that we had to leave 10 in the morning. We didnt get to have breakfast so everyone was kinda grumpy. If only the time can change then it would of been a perfect holiday. The apartment was advertised with WiFi internet connection - this was not available, even though we contacted the agent who said she would get back to us - she did not. What was there to dislike?. The bed was very uncomfortable. In our room our shower didn't work so we had to use the bath tap to have a quick wash. We phoned to let the lady know but she never got back to us with someone to fix it. The shower head sprayed towards the roof and would flood the bathroom so definately couldn't use it. the music played by the resort right outside our balcony was terrible and came on quite early and went on until quite late. you could tell the apartment hadn't had a really good clean for a while, just a going over. No complaints about the apartment but would have liked the option of BPay when booking to avoid the Visa surcharge. Only down fall is not having the reception area available. Other than that was great!. Some noisy residents on Saturday night. Loud domestic argument, swearing, runnung up hallway and slamming doors. Didn't last too long fortunately. Was worried it might be necessary to call poluce or security, but I don't think anyone was physically assaulted. Microwave in the apartment seemed to need servicing. Made an unusually loud noise!. check out at 10am. nothing all was just perfect. Needs Wifi. The toilet did not flush properly and where the couches meet had not been vaccummed. Keycard did not work on arrival. Pillows extremely uncomfortable. Flywire door kept falling off track. Nothing we didn't like. The ocean view is only from a side from the balcony. (app # 110) Light curtain ... poor privacy. Pillows could be upgraded. We left our at home and the ones on the bed were like pancakes, very flat. Some of the key card entries were a little sticky!!. We loved everything but the range hood needs a new globe and the CD player isn't working too well after about fifteen minutes. We noticed this during our last trip too. Small tv wasn't great. Kitchen - needs small side plates, chopping board, place mats. Would have like indoor pool/spa. No instruction on what floor or where the entrance was.... No cable tv or wifi access (not working) electrical tagging on hair dryer way out of date. Booking via letsbookhotel.com selected to pay via AMEX but Waters Edge do not accept AMEX,, this caused quite a bit of e-mail to sort out over the Easter weekend letsbookhotel.com should take note. shower water pressure too low. Nothing. Second key did not work to access accommodation. Notified staff immediately but had no response in the three night,four day stay....Very inconvenient.Foxtel had only one channel. the dirty toilet bowl and the dirty coffee cups. Expensive. Nothing. No oven. Despite being described as a luxury apartment with wi-fi access, there was no internet access at all from the apartment - something I would have expected as standard. Although the apartment was described as 'sea view', only some of the apartments have a full sea view. In the apartment we were allocated (3A) the sea was only really visible from the corner of the patio - sadly this left us feeling slightly disappointed with the apartment. It was annoying that you could not talk to the staff at resort about things like key cards not working and when you needed clean towels. Expensive. For the price not having a 24 concierge is unacceptable. Very noisy - slamming door noises HUGELY intrusive all through the day and night. 10:00am checkout too early. Outdoor spa not working. Room aircon needed cleaning. Blades on bedroom ceiling fan needed cleaning. The cleaning facilities were in very poor condition. We had no washing cloths to wipe benches, ect mop was unuseable. Vacume cleaner had little sucking power. Other than that it was nice. No Latch on Door No extra Bin bags no decent toilet paper Aircon Didnt Work Lack of communication from Staff about Aircon. No privacy because blinds are see thru even with just the tv on and we where on a low floor. Also fridge wasn't working properly.
