The staff at the Hotel were exceptionally helpful and there has been a huge improvement in the staff next door at the cafe since my last visit. I always feel safe at the Hotel and yes the beds are brilliant!

Ending up in a disabled room when I paid for premium double bed. No bedside lamp, no chair in room for room service, no desk to use computer. Very disappointing and probably will not use hotel again
I only stayed there for two days and didn't really spend much time at the hotel. However all front desk staff were very courteous, polite and friendly so imagine that is a reflection upon the rest of the staff there.

Modern, clean facility. Super attentive staff. Perfect size, ez in-out. Supremenly comfortable beds/bedding. Great restaurant/bar. Modern, chic en-suite. Perfect location 1/4 mile from hot spots, quiet location, ez walking anywhere, right next to train station.

No real complaints, I got a cheap room and I got what I paid for. Room was very small and simple.
Decor was awesome, especially the front entrance. Room was nice, we were on the 7th (top) floor. Super close the train station and walked home easily and in no time from the valley.
The pillows - they were too high.

The air conditioning unit in the room rattled all night, the food in the restaurant was extremely overpriced for the quality and quantity. Restaurant staff were unfriendly

Very good location and good value for money. Although the rooms are quite small, the bed is huge and very very comfortable. I am usually put off by hotels with off-site parking, but it is really very easy.
Although it is not strictly the hotels fault, the restaurant on site appears to be run by separate management. The restaurant owner /manager was collecting plates from outside rooms, making as much noise as possible and jamming one of the two lifts open with a trolley. When I said “good morning” she actually growled at me! I’ve seen some poor customer service in my time – but being growled at is a 1st.
