Polite and very helpful receptionists.Nice large room,comfortable large
bed,efficient aircondition.The view from our balcony was below my expectations-
just I imagined jungle greenery to be more attractive.Our first dinner
in restaurant was delicious and tasty,fine coctails.But next barbeque
party dinner was dissapointing,I wouldnt recommend go for it.Better
choice take a taxi and go La Rueda restaurant,which serves delicious
river fish and meat creations.Your costs will be almost same as havin

THE STAFF WAS MAZING! JOSE was so helpful & friendly and Valerio, the manager, was very professional and courteous. Maria, at reception, was very pleasant all the time.
The restaurant was great! We had breakfast included, so we ventured out for dinners... The last noght we ate dinner at the hotel - we wished we had eaten there every night

The hotel was well situated being near restautrants, shops and the bus station.
The rooms were spacious and comfortatable. Well equipped with plenty of bath towels, pool towels, hair dryer and a fridge. Didn't need to use the fridge bar.
Breakfast in the Restaurant whilst plentiful, lacked imagination and after a few days became repeatative.
Staff at reception were pleasant and helpful. Even arranged to telephone for the airport bus without question.

The 2 bedroom apartment we had was excellent. It even had a lounge and
own wifi. The staff were very friendly and helpful. We booked a tour to
the Argentina side of Iguazu and a private car to the Brazil side- both
were excellent. Restaurant was good. Although the lamb on the first

The hotel is extremely beautiful and fascinating! When we first entered our spacious lodge we were so happy to be there! It is so nice inside, and on the outside it is marvelous, as you stay in heart of Iguassu! The hotel is a 100% must! And the staff is so kind and welcoming. They dealed with our issues easy (not related to the hotel) and nice. Speaking excellent English, which is important :) thank you guys for our unforgettable experience.

Really nice hotel! It just opened, so there are some small quirks here
and there that still not sorting out, but it is more than compensated
for by the very friendly staff!
We only came here for one night having spent 2 at the Panoramic Hotel, which, despite having an additional star, was a disappointment.

Staff were super super friendly, it was my birthday and they gave me a
cake and free champagne! Its a new hotel so everything is new and
working. The rooms were great and clean. The pool area was amazing,
great way to relax. Great internet connection. The hotel has preferred
taxi's that are really honest, fair and cheap, just ask at
reception. Look for Carlos! Close to falls and town for dinner.

A very nice, modern but unobtrusive structure located in a beautiful location surrounded by nature, not far from the waterfalls.
The staff is excellent, the breakfast is complete and the restaurant is very good.
Their internal car service maybe an excellent solution to go to the falls, both in Brazil and in Argentina. -

The rooms of the lodge and the facilities are set directly in the jungle which means you'll get to walk through the jungle on wooden planks to your room (a detached hut about 30 meters to the next one). You'll see a lot of butterflies and even hummingbirds right through your window or when you swim in the pool.
