  Loved the friendliness of the staff; that almost everyone spoke English, Sebastian and Adrian were terriffic at the concierge desk/function. The breakfast ( brunches) were very good. Our one evening meal there was fantastic--- if beyond our normal means--- we travel on "stand- by" so that's why we could afford to indulge ourselves at your hotel. After one night I asked to be moved to a quieter room as I am a very light sleeper and the noise from the road was bad. I was moved without any problem. The facilities are excellent and the neighbourhood is safe and interesting to walk around. Lots of restaurants close by and the "hop on hop off" tourist bus passes close by. The concierge arranged for us to see a Tango show which was excellent. Will go back.

  Excellent location. Good A good standard hotel without being outstanding. However after a mugging attempt and how clothes were dirtied they quickly agreed to have our clothes dry cleaned without charge. They also provided a free bottle of red wine as a gesture.
