  The hotel staff were courteous and some spoke English. Breakfast was free and ample. There is free off-street parking. Ask for an inner room to avoid hearing traffic noise at night.   We were give a suite on the 10th floor that had amazing views of the Andes. It was a quiet room and very comfortable. The staff on the front desk were very helpful with advice on restaurants and trips.   There is a casino, 2 restaurants (very nice grill restaurant!) a bar and a koffee house inside the building of the hotel. Location is perfect to start wine-tasting tours. Very nice pool and gym.
