the receptionists are very friendly. i requested an early check-in (10am) during my arrival from Malaysia, and i just waited for 5 minutes for the room to be ready. the check-in and check-out was fast. i even asked for the hotel to arrange for the transport to the airport. The room is rather small, but enough for us to put our luggage coz theres a closet and safe in it. Breakfast was great (even though we only eat halal food) with bread, egg toast, porridge, fresh juice, coffee n tea and fresh .
