  This was a great place to stay. We arrived early, a couple of hours before check-in time, but they had our room ready and we were able to check in right away. The room was great, with a king-size bed and a couch and coffee table for TV viewing on the 32" LCD television. Having a fridge and microwave was a benefit as well. The hotel's breakfast buffet was wonderful wi - The hotel is clean, friendly, convenient to shopping, I 8, restaurants, and the grounds are lovely. For those of us who smoke, you just open your door and step out to comfortable seating. Breakfast and Happy Hour are centainly a plus

  Like the kitchen and the many pillows for each bed. Also the free real breakfast. - It was close to the border where we were going to get a dental procedure done. This place is rather old and quaint.

  No better deal in Yuma. Spacious well appointed room. Amazingly comfortable bed. Fridge, microwave, coffeemaker, hair dryer and large flat screen all worked perfectly. You rarely find those amenities in rooms twice the price. Solid older building. Considering the windstorm that night that would have rattled windows and shook newer! This is not a resort, but it had a small pool. It is old but has been painted and our TV, microwave and frig worked. Resturants next door, grocery store just down the street. Very convenient to everything.

  The owners of the property are gracious, helpful and very courteous. We stayed in Room #5 - quiet, very clean with an upgraded bathroom. The location was perfect for us as we were in town for dental work in Los Algodones. Only 10 minutes away. Beds were adequate.
