All staff went out of their way to be friendly -
Front desk people were very helpful and accommidating. They got us a room with a balcony and a great view. Made the whole stay much more enjoyable.

The waterparks are all a good walking distance away, but that didn't seem to bother anyone in my family (I have two boys, 4 1/4 and 2 1/2 yr old) We even brought an umbrella stroller

We were very surprised what a nice place this was. Very friendly, especially nice to kids. Thought the Easter egg hunt was so nice on Easter morning. The little ones loved it. The life guard on duty after 3:00 was amazing. Very professional but still wonderful with the kids. Loved the fact we could take snacks in the pool for the little ones

The free breakfast was excellent. Everything was stocked and there was a large selection of breakfast items to eat.
The indoor and outdoor pools are very nice. The kids loved the water slides and having the choice of both pools.
The refrigerator was nice size and it was nice to have it as well as the microwave. The pillows are very comfortable and so was the bed.
The staff was very friendly, the location was very good, and the outside look of the hotel is attractive and inviting.

this hotel was actually really nice. i enjoyed my visit. you get what you pay for. the rooms were cleaned. A/C, TV, mini Fridge.. everything worked. the price is fair and its really close to the main waterparks. the outiside pool was awesome and clean. next year if i come back i would deff. stay at this hotel again. -

Very cost friendly compared to most other hotels in the Dells and still have a good atmosphere. The kids enjoyed the small water park so we didn't need to spend a fortune. The location is good and centrally located to the activities in the Dells.

with tv facing away from it so that we could talk or do something else
without the distraction of the tv. The microwave and small fridge made
it easy to keep extra stuff that needed to be kept cold. The popcorn we
