Excellent variety of facilities, great location, quiet and relaxing. Loved the option of lake access or pool. The pool was kid friendly; floaties, balls, dive toys welcome. Had a wonderful stay. I booked the room via letsbookhotel.com. So I got a good deal - the cost was low, the room was wonderful and it was very nice that I could book the room for only one night. It was perfect!.
kaikki arvostelut » The Jacuzzi in the room. The pool is very family friendly. The fireplace is nice. That there is a DVD player and VCR player in each room in case you want to watch a movie. Able to sleep my family comfortably. My husband snores so it was nice to have him in his own room and not keep everyone else awake. I love how everything was laid out and even extras so we did need anything from front desk. It was spacious, quite and very clean. I loved that the kitchen was fully equip! the rooms were a great size and I wish that I could have stayed longer. We loved the fact that it was right on Lake Delton and the living quarters we separate from the master suite. Friendly staff Heated pool was great The suite was equipped with everything we need. off the main strip, wooded area off the beach over looking the lake- very nice. We enjoyed the location and size of the room. We love 607. Nice view from the room. The Lake and the Beach. The trip was nice..the stay at Caribbean was horrible...bed bugs, door wouldnt lock,, tvs didnt work...reported it all nothing was done...not even apology. I didn't like that I had to put a $300 deposit down on the room. First, I wasn't aware I'd need to do that ahead of time, and second, it's unusual - hotels don't require that nor do cabins I've stayed at. The dryer took a long time to dry the clothes. Distance from the pool. Nothing I love it . They didn't give you many towels or wash clothes. The deals they had for water parks/ theme parks. The cabinets were really sticky and I was worried about an extra charge if we didn't do something right. When we arrived we were put in 605. That condo was dumpy and dirty and very outdated. We were asked to be moved. When we got in 607 it had a full dishwasher, so we did not use it, and not nearly enough toilet paper. We had to go buy more toilet paper. The condo we got was outdated. Furniture was pealing from time wear. To get to the pool, we needed to go to the street. And there was hidden fees by the end of our stay. For like this outdated condo price was way too much. The condo we stayed needed updating, the bed and couches had spots on them. The neighbors upstairs from us was pretty loud at 2am and we woke up to party strings on the ground and bushes out the back door. They was kind enough to come down and pick it up. Bed bugs,, door wouldnt lock,,, tvs didnt work...reported it all nothing was done..not even apology..
