Beach Quarters guests can work out in the athletic club or use the on-site sauna and hot tub. Tennis and shuffleboard are played on the rooftop court and children can play in their own activities center. The Sandbar poolside tiki bar and café serves light items and beverages on the sun deck. I love the set-up of the rooms. I loved watching the dolphins the next mornign jumping(did you guys plan that?)lol Never been to a hotel and the wash cloths were that soft, the bed was so very comfortable. Great staff! From check-in to departure the staff was attentive to our needs. Maria (front desk) and Bruce (concierge) were very helpful during our stay. I will stay with Beach Quarters again in the future.

Great location at the south end of the beach with surfing access and easy access to parasailing and boat tours just a short walk away. We went our trip to get away for the weekend and relax. The room was wonderful the staff respected our privacy and the view was beautiful. Loved this hotel and will probably go back next year. Mostly I liked the view from the balcony at this particular location on the beach. Seems there is more action and better beach than the north end. Everyone was extremely helpful and pleasant. The rooms were clean and very nice location for beach concerts and events was wonderful. A++++++. Loved the View, Of Course !! Location for Our Cheer Event Was Good Also !! Strolling To Shopping, and Eats was Great Too !!. I really enjoyed my room with ocean view, and all the staff they were very helpful and extremely nice will be back again. Enjoyed everything. Staff was very friendly and accommodating and the hotel was nice and clean. Perfect location. The place was easy to find and the rooms were very clean and i loved it there a++++++++++. Location, rooftop pool, Jacuzzi in room, staff were great when not pitching. The location, our first floor room, set up of room, full service kitchen. I loved the view of the ocean as well as the spacious room we were in. Awesome place,great view. Alot of things around to eat. Great room!. loved having a balcony where we could sit and look out at the ocean. overlooking beach, king bed, location in town. I loved the room and the inside pool. Location, view. Good parking. view. I liked the idea that all living rooms are oceanfront. The bedroom and living area's are plenty big, Rest of the area's NOT SO MUCH SPACE. The indoor pool was comfortable and maintenance came and unclogged our drain quickly. I liked the location of the hotel, the staff were very friendly and helpful. view was great, room was new and clean. It was what I expected. No surprises. direct acces to th beach parking acces. The staff was polite. Location. The great hospitality the staff gave us!. I liked that it was by the beach. rooftop pool/bar. The grill was seasonal. The front help was not very helpful as to what was available to do close by, or they were on the phone a lot making it hard to ask questions. The parking garage is small, we drove a sedan so it wasn't too bad for us. Once we parked we didn't need to drive again until we left anyway because things were close enough to walk to. Not having hot coffee at the front desk. Also there was a workout person on the beach at 6am beating a tire with a sledge hammer. There was nothing I didn't like. I had no complaints. The beds were alittle hard but very nice room right on the beach. Unaware the resort was also a time share, didn't like getting bombarded with sales pitches. Had we known in advance about the wonderfully loud Monster Truck Show we might have opted for a different weekend. Thanks for the heads up. The maids did not clean our room because of too many personal belongings on floor. I understand that it may have been hard for maids to move things, but it was frustrating to not have rooms cleaned. 1. it was very noisy when my family and I stayed. People talking and yelling til around 3am. Also there were two different occasions where guests were trying to enter our room with their key. 2. The parking garage is too small and compact. wish we'd known that the East Coast Surfing Championship was taking place/could have done without the crowds and noise/glad we left before the weekend!. mattresses uncomfortable, toilet location/cramped. I dont have anything that i didnt like. Parking garage was horrible! Front desk should have told us or asked if we had a larger vehicle. It was he'll getting out of there. Had to manuever several times n cars where backed up. Would have went directly to the overflow parking n avoided that garage. Road trafic on the 264. How late check in was an how early check out was. I could only stay 3 nights. the parking garage to small for large SUV. Need brighter bulbs at bath sink. Noisy air conditioner. DO NOT take a large car to this hotel. The parking garage are for compact cars only. IF you have a large car you get to park a block away. The kitchen corner area is for one small person and no counter space. The bath and vanity area's are for one person only. Small cramped spaces. They don't tell you this before you book the room. I booked 2 rooms at the same time and they where on 2 different floors!! 5 & 8.. The tub was slippery, the room was tiny, the fridge had no closed freezer compartment, the room had no kitchenette just a microwave, and tiny fridge. The toilet leaked, bathtub clogged, and the sink had no soap holder, or any cups to use when brushing teeth. The parking garage was a terror!!! We scraped the side of our suv trying to move about, and corners were horrid. Only for compact cars. They need to advise people of this fact before they come!!!. The other guests next to us were extremely loud, called the front desk twice and nothing was done about that. I paid $406.00 for a 16 hr stay which was ridiculous for the price. The check out time should be changed to 3:00pm, not 10:00am. The hot tub was way too hot. annoying sales people in the lobby, no AC in elevators,hallways need work. The snog noise "fom the wall" restaurant just closed. The bed was very hard and uncomfortable. The cleanliness of our room was good but in the hallway and around the hotel was not so good. The upgraded room with "jacuzzi" was as small as a cupboard. The toilet stall was so tiny you could close the door. The comforter was as old and worn as the bottom of my tennis shoe and the mattress had the same quality! Oh yea lets not forget there were plates and cook ware but no stove to cook on!. My husband had a key and used it to get into the front door of the hotel and was questioned by the staff with "May I help You" I don't know could it have been because he was African American. I didn't care for the people in Virginia Beach and felt very offended by some of its people there. We were also poorly treated at Mahi Mah's by a hostess who rolled her eyes at us as we walked in the door. We took our food to go. We definitely will not be returning back to Virginia Beach.:(. calling ahead to get high level room and being placed on1st floor, sand in bedsheets 1st night of stay, small beds which were very hard, would not connect to wifi, had to call to get room cleaned, no blow dryer, did not clean bathroom on day 2 and 3, no automatic doors at front of hotel which made it hard to get through doors with luggage when checking in, very very very tight parking garage, had to stand in water in bathroom when using electric hair products because shower would overflow. you did not clean up my room properly, and the front desk response was: we are short of staff. Parking Garage was a total joke, very small to compact for anything other then a compact car. Bathroom was very small, spa tube was nothing that could be used by older couples or anyone with any disabilities. Toilet was in a very confined small room. Bed not very comfortable. Cleaning staff even took our personnel pillows. When we asked for it back they were unable to find. The way they mange between hotel and third party connection was poor. They are not communicate well. They drive customers crazy about moving room and the time frame are not match as they promise.
