  The room was clean, staff was very friendly and the restaurant was good and very reasonable prices. Room service was extremly fast and reasonable pricing - The staff was extremely courteous and prompt in their responses.

  employees were very friendly, room was nice, plenty of room, clean facility. We wanted to compliment Barbara who worked in the hotel restaurant, we ate dinner there and she was working totally by herself, was the hostess, bartender and waitress. Was very pleasant the entire time and provided wonderful service even though she was over loaded.   Is really close to the Sawgrass Mill Outlet so of you wanna shop that is the right place. Although the hotel does not provide shuttle to the Mall so you might get a car. The hotel is good, not a luxury. Is clean and you can have acces to the laundry if you need to wash and dry clothes, have a microwave in the room.   Great location the venue we were attending to see a concert. Clean, spacious rooms, very quiet! - It was in a great location and was very comfortable. Quiet but close to Sawgrass Mills.

  The young lady that checked us in was really nice...the rest were nice but not as nice as the first check-in lady...the breakfast was alright but needed bananas as one of the fruits. It was nice except for the television. - Free breakfast was convenient and great!

  I liked the entrance and open lobby. I liked that the elevators are right next to the front desk and you don't have to drag your bags any further. I liked the double doors to our suite. It made us feel we were having a grand entrance. I liked the size of the room and the balcony. There was ample room for all our needs. The toilet, corners of tubs,... mitä ihmiset sanovat » fixtures were also all clean. Even in the corners demonstrated care was taken to clean the room. My family was allowed to feel as though we were at h - The hotel staff were 'very friendly' and helpful! They responded quickly to any questions that I had! For example 'front desk' assisted me with driving instructions on my ipad which was very helpful! I felt safe and secure at the hotel! It was in an excellent location near multiple 'Shopping Malls' and good restaurants! The showers were 'unbelievable'! Can you say, 'Hot Water'! Lol. All in all I enjoyed my short stay at Holiday Inn Express!
