  Every member of the staff we interacted with was polite and extremely helpful. We stayed the night of Valentine's Day, and upon check-in the receptionist upgraded us from a Queen Premium to a Queen Suite free of charge; the room was absolutely amazing. We had much more room for activities. We ordered room service for dinner and breakfast--though w... mitä ihmiset sanovat » e were told there would be a long wait, the food came quickly and was amazing. - In a lovely setting and a great stop off on the way to Niagara from DC. The hotel was very quiet when we stayed so not sure if this is a good representation but the room was fine, clean and comfortable. Very quiet too. The restaurant is good and both dinner and breakfast were lovely.
