staff extremely helpful without being asked - very polite and pleasant to deal with. for the price it is fine - very nice swimming pool. also has separate part of hotel for smokers - good for smokers and away from non-smokers. for the price excellent. Not far from Convention Center, easy to find. We had a frig & micro & breakfast. We didn't need but had a coffee pot, too! The employees were very friendly and helpful with directions! We would stay again!.

Very friendly dtaff, great location, room is big enough, free wifi and free available parking, free breakfast, microwave and refregerator in room. We were pleased with the convenient location. Within walking distance of restaurants and sights. A grocery store is next door. Clean room, good location, breakfast was satifactory (needed more fruit, yogurt), grocery store was across the street. They were very nice and it was very quiet at night to sleep! The stuff in the room was nice to have too!!!. The room was quite spacious, the bed was comfortable, and we spent a quiet stay. Just what we needed. The location was very good. We could walk to the downtown area easily; which was very conveinent. location. caring manager and help, particularly since my wife was hospitalized across the street. Quiet;GREAT location; Breakfast included; GREAT Rate. The staff was courteous and friendly!. Price, convenient location. Nice staff, very clean. a good "get what you pay for hotel" - it's a simple place motel-style place where one is happy to spend a night, and it's cheap. Room key card failed to work on second night--a new one provided immediately; never offered to call a city cab for me; a little longer than comfortable walk to the main hotels downtown, but not terrible. Mmm i would say the heating was not central and I'm not a fan of local room units. Room was advertized as 2 queen beds, but queens were actually double beds. The breakfast was fairly limited in choices. We were satisfied with the room. inadequate towel/washcloth holders by sink. rather stingy on towels/washcloths. Somewhat dated, but clean. I usually stay at Hilton Garden Inn, more posh, more expensive, has a restaurant, better breakfast. It would have been the same price whether we used you are not. Asked for a wakeup call and never received one. No Breakfast was ready when I left at 5:45 am. breakfast food was stale. Breakfast disappointing. Breakfast. the beds in the two bedroom unit are much too small. the place smelled like cigarette smoke all the time. A bit far from town area. Found the lady at reception unwelcoming & not helpful at all. If we passed by again would not stay there. the room could have been cleaned better and the continental breakfast was all old food and i watched them recycle it for the next day. Freight train noise and whistle every half hour making it impossible to sleep. Old and worn. Loud dirtyand not worth money. We left at 4am because of the noise. People and children running down halls all night!. Room we were first put in was filthy, dusty, cobwebs ,carpet was all stained ,walls were dirty. No coffee service in room, refrigerator stunk, I brought all this to the attention of Management. Explanation from them was poor customer service. I would not recommend this hotel too anyone. Matter of fact just the opposite. The sheets were dingy. The room smelled really bad. We bought deo To help the smell. The furniture was old and sticky. I was glad we didn't have to stay in the small room for too long. I am handicaped and my husband was told he could not bring my my breakfast to my room. I have stayed in better rooms for less money.
