The staff was very friendly and helpful. The room was clean and very nice. We had a room with a king bed and it had a refrigerator and also a small table. Also centrally located to all the activities that we had planned. We would definitely stay again. Would de. The room was clean and comfortable. There was a mini-refrigerator. It was conveniently located and the staff was very friendly. It was also one of the few dog friendly places that was available. There was a nice indoor pool with hot tub.
kaikki arvostelut » The staff was VERY HELPFUL! Car trouble, they helped with WD40. Late arriving for hot tub, they let me have a few minutes so I could relax my muscles! Nice coffee in the morning. The staff was most courteous. Very helpful and accommodating owner is very lucky to have such a dedicated employee in Chris who was managing the front desk. For the money, it's a great place to stay, very pet friendly, and you can walk to the beach,about 20min. Away , staff was very friendly and helpful. It was nice and clean, it has a refrigerator and is well located, and the staff was very friendly. Indoor pool/hot tub and easy access to beach/stores and main strip. Staff was accommodating clean, quite and pet friendly. Clean room, pet friendly close to attractions!!. Nice and spacious townhouse. Great pool. room was clean. Just one thing to comment on. Not really a complaint, but an observation. We are early risers anyway but others may not be. There were heavy curtains on the front windows to keep the light out in the morning but on the window by the bed just a mini blind. I would suggest a curtain there as well. The outside looks a bit run down, but the inside was nice and clean. They do not provide you with amenities like shampoo (there is a small soap provided) or cream, but that is ok. Driving to the Cape and back home was more traffic than I'd like, but it's what it is on the Cape. The Cape itself was fine for us with relaxed, polite drivers for bikes and walkers. All in all it was a very pleasant weekend. Needs a little TLC in the room. Housekeeping did not show up two out of four nights. Upstairs loft hot even with air conditioner. Had two TV's but could only use cable on one or the other not both. Bedding in poor shape with holes and stains. Pull out beds very old and uncomfortable. Staff had whatever attitude when concerns expressed. Hot tub worked two of four days. No shampoo, conditioner, towels or kitchen ware supplied. Management just didnt seem to care. musty odor damp feeling pool is old looking pool furniture old and rusty.
