The hosts, Lori & Tom, made us feel right at home! Manager Nick was helpful and kind, taking time to speak with us about local recommendations and things to see and do. The house was beautiful, spotless, and an AMAZING view. We enjoyed the DIY breakfast, and the ability to use the kitchen for cooking during our stay. It was easy and relaxed; a refreshing change of pass for jet lagged travelers that do not necessarily want to be on a set schedule.
kaikki arvostelut » It is a SFH on the waterfront. The owner lived there and was really nice. Only 3 rooms are rented out. Immaculately clean and tastefully furnished. Well equipped kitchen. Much much more than what i had expected. Hotels are no match. And a wonderful waterfront living room. I did not want to leave. We loved every minute of our stay at the Front Row B & B it was so inviting after 2 weeks to be able to stroll thru a quaint village, relax with a beautiful view, walk the beach, and to fix our own breakfast in our room with our jamies on!. The owner gave us sightseeing tips. The view from the house is fantastic. Guests have access to the kitchen and frig and make their own breakfast. We felt very at home as we cooked, ate and enjoyed the view. I loved the view. We were across from Resurrection Bay.It was an absolutely beautiful place. Town was within a very short distance and easy to walk to. The room was nice . We met nice people staying there. It was a great location for viewing wildlife and natural beauty. It was convenient to Sea Life Center and restaurants. Our host was a great help in guiding us to best cruise and other experiences. The B & B looked out over Resurrection Bay and to the mountains. Comfortable chairs on deck and in livingroom. Scope and binoculars for viewing wildlife. Staff friendly and helpful. The view from our window. kitchenette furnished with homemade banana bread, fruit, Canadian bacon, eggs, O.J and coffee. Convenient to everything Seward has to offer!. The location was great and the view was amazing. You can easily walk to Main st for meals and also to the boat harbour. Hosts were very friendly. Fantastic location, with sea and mountain views. Comfortable accommodation and use of owner's kitchen and lounge. Superb!. Amazing view of the mountains and Resurrection Bay. Close to shops, bars, tourism attractions. Clean and comfortable. Very rustic looking, clean, and it had more to TV channels then any other hotel I have ever stayed in. Probably i would have preferred a king bed. The bed was kind of small for two. We would have enjoyed a view from our room but it turned out that it really didn't matter. Wood floors, so sound travels. No counter space in bathroom of 3rd floor room. Upstairs neighbors/guests were very noisy starting at 5 am. We will stay upstairs the next time!. Bathroom sink did not drain well. No room services. Didn't feel comfortable using the kitchen to 'fix anything we wanted' when host was in the house. At least the coffee pot could have been turned on. Kitchen faucet did not work well and alarm clock woke us at 5:30 AM. Couldn't book more days in a row. We had to make our own breakfast with the limited supplies provided. In other bed and breakfasts i have stayed in, the breakfast is made for you.
