On my way down I learned that my daughter's bed had not arrived to her room, for college move in, and called to change to two beds. It was easily changed and the desk was very helpful on the phone. Comforting as I wouldn't be arriving until late in the evening. For the price, this hotel can't be beat. I love that there is a fantastic Sushi place within a block of the hotel... Also, a great place for breakfast burritos next door. Room was always clean, furniture was new and the wifi always worked.
kaikki arvostelut » The room are clean with basic fercilities and they even throw in a micro wave. All the equipment works like a breeze and would recommend my friends to stay. Cosy room, good location near SAP centre, food outlets, supermarket, and train station. It's clean. and quiet. The service is good. The staff was great and I liked that you let pets stay for free. I also like that there was a microwave and minifridge in the rooms. Also, the location was great for walking down to the hp Pavillion. Large room with modern furniture unlike regular Motel6. Newly remodeled. Location is perfect for HP Pavilion. Close to SAP Arena--walking distance. Decent rooms. Shower leaked and toilet didn't flush well. Coffee was nice, but tea bags would have been appreciated as daughter didn't want coffee. Pricey. They didn't provide any shampoo...and no breakfast offered. We stayed there because it said it had a pool and the pool was closed and construction was happening and it was very very loud....Our room looked like it had just been done and smelled badly of paint. There was also no place to hang any clothes up---I couldn't believe it! And no iron or hair dryer...didn't like that either. Pool area lacks flowers and landscaping like a courtyard style Motel6. Sill under construction. Not very friendly staff. Did not offer any shampoo or conditiner. No HD TV picture. We had the front desk call the police at 3:00 AM about a party in the next room. The officer said that he had been there earlier on a cocaine arrest and broke up a theft ring the week before. Based on the bikes chained all over with paper "for sale $50" signs there is a bike theft ring working onsite. The officer told us "there are a lot of nice places to stay downtown, but don't stay here". I did not like that this hotel is listed with the title of convention center and was not even close to the convention center. I had to ride the bus everyday to get into town!. Room stank of cigarette smoke. Guests were smoking cigarettes in the aisleways and there was a smell of marijuana. The bedspread was stained. I had read there would be a microwave, which there was not. There wasn't even a coffee/tea maker. The sign on the back of the room door advised you lock yourself in for your protection. Locale and motel appear fine, but the looks are deceiving.
