From the front desk staff to the cleaning crew, all the staff was extremely friendly and willing to help in any way. We especially enjoyed the people who helped with the complimentary breakfast. The hotel was centrally located so we were never more than 10 minutes from the things we wanted to do. I would definitely stay there again. Breakfast was a great deal. Hotel ammenities offered such as pool, jacuzzi, free wi-fi, and gym facilities made this an awesome find for the price! Location was perfect for us. Visited Sea World, Valley View Center (concert), & Mission Beach.

The hot-tub was relaxing after a long day. Everything was excellent. The breakfast was very good and the staff in there were very helpful and made sure everything was stocked. I was very impressed. Checkin staff very friendly and helpful. Room was great and clean. Really enjoyed the pool. Far enough away from heavy traffic...no noise at night. Morning breakfast, wide selection of television channels, hot tub, location to San Diego attractions. The hotel was comfortable and enjoyable for a quick stay. The staff was friendly and helpful. Everything was pleasant to us, except for cleaning in room. I liked how it was close and convenient to everything. The room was big enough and bed was good. The location was great. Bed comfortable, and the room was clean. Staff did a good job. It just needs updated a bit. Bed could have been more comfortable. Room was a little small for the three of us. But for the price, it was still a good deal overall. Eventho' the room was very clean we did find some tiny ants in the bathroom. The room had a peculiar odor, possibly the cleaning agents. Staying on the third floor. Really, there was not anything we did not like. We will stay there again. Visitor in the room above us pacing back and forth the length of the room for an hour. It was only for one night, and we didn't complain, so we bear some responsibility in not resolving the problem. Nothing. No restaurants in walking distance. Nothing comes to mind. There was a moldy smell in the room. Seemed like it needed to be aired out. N/A. Neighborhood. The disorganized breakfast area. The 1st room we were given was in a rather dark corner but we exchanged it for a brighter one with no problem. We couldn't hear our neighbors in the next room, but we could hear everyone as they walked/talked outside. a few noisy guesta at 5 am sunday. Noise. A bit far out of town and local transit. 1st night , only 1 bathtowel,1 washcloth. Ants on the desk. For the morning breakfast, coffee maker was broken. Have been spoiled by other Best Westerns with fresh breakfast. Сleaning in room. Wish the bathroom would have been a little bigger. The stuff did not knew how to conect my cell phone to the wifi internet so i could not use i ternet on my stay there. In the next hotel the connection to wifi was created automatically. Our room had ants. So it made the stay a little uncomfortable. The Wi-Fi didn't work when we arrived. The desk attendant, Jesse, told me a different story every time I asked about the Wi-Fi. I asked to have the manager call me and he didn't for 4 days,. Noise of cars, motorcycles. Little noise insulation. The room would shake when someone walked by. Did not sleep.Building is designed to make money,. Room to small, no court yard, just parking lot. room location terrible,next to laundry room and cleaning station. This Best Western hotel not like any other Best Western that we have stayed in on any of our trips.
