We really liked the staff there was one guy that was wonderful his name
was Jesus he was so friendly and nice. We had a problem with a pizza
delivery company and he right a way call us to tell us know about them.

I met a friend for a week away and we both loved the hotel and its staff. Everything. I needed a place to stay near the airport, where as a solo
woman traveling I felt safe and comfortable. This hotel was perfect.
I accidentally left my cell phone in the lobby of the hotel when I left. I called the hotel from the airport and the front desk supervisor drove my phone and charger to me!! Such service and friendliness!!

The beds were fantastic. You could sleep all day. The location was excellent - a few minutes walk to the Alamo and other attractions. The hotel is right on the Riverwalk where all the restaurants are. The showers were brilliant too, so much pressure. The staff were very attentive.

The airport shuttle was easy to get and only took about 5 mins to the

The staff at the front desk was so helpful with everything we ask. The cleaning lady was very polite and helpful. I cannot say enough how we were treated. -
