  The staff was extremely professional and polite. The room was clean and smelled very good, the bed was very comfortable slept all the way through, breakfast was very good including the coffee.   The staff was very nice. When we arrived we found that our online reservation had not been sent to them. They assured us we had a room and then also tried to figure out what caused the lapse between the online reservation being made and the hotel being notified of the reservation. I noticed on the lobby door the next morning that there was a "No Vacancy - The young lady at the front desk was very nice and friendly. She even told us about the discount at K-Bobs Steakhouse next door which is where we were planning to go for dinner. So, the 10% discount was nice. The room was clean and comfortable. The morning breakfast was more than just a continental breakfast. Had more variety. Very good for the price. Will come back again.

  Our room did not have a remote, they tried to find one that would work to no avail--Upon check out we received a gift certificate for one free night..and we had only stayed one night..can't beat that! - Very nice and clean.Easy to get to.Price was very reasonable. We have stayed at this location before ,thats why we came back.
