  Absolutely everything from the muffins at breakfast to the colored towels in the rooms. This place is wonderful and we will never stay anywhere else when we are in Ruidoso!! The service is great and the covered patio is an awesome place to read and watch the hummingbirds.   Our room did not have a remote, they tried to find one that would work to no avail--Upon check out we received a gift certificate for one free night..and we had only stayed one night..can't beat that! - Very nice and clean.Easy to get to.Price was very reasonable. We have stayed at this location before ,thats why we came back.

  The staff was very nice. When we arrived we found that our online reservation had not been sent to them. They assured us we had a room and then also tried to figure out what caused the lapse between the online reservation being made and the hotel being notified of the reservation. I noticed on the lobby door the next morning that there was a "No Vacancy - The young lady at the front desk was very nice and friendly. She even told us about the discount at K-Bobs Steakhouse next door which is where we were planning to go for dinner. So, the 10% discount was nice. The room was clean and comfortable. The morning breakfast was more than just a continental breakfast. Had more variety. Very good for the price. Will come back again.

  I really liked the friendly management. - Nothing to like. Would not recommend. Could hear through the walls. Not a pleasant stay. Unfortunately we could find no where else to stay, so we left town after a one night stay.
