Clean facilities, comfortable room, nice and modern design, friendly staff and delicious breakfast included! I also felt very safe in this end of University Ave. and I am a single young woman who stayed alone with only my small dog :) She barked and no one complained about it, very nice people stay there! -

Jacuzzi tub highly recommended! Comes with mini fridge and microwave always a plus. Front desk guy was extremely nice and welcoming. Heating system worked very quickly. Mirrors infront of jacuzzi and bed ;)

I always get a room at M6 whenever going to UCR for a small stay. The place is neat and has all the stuff a solo traveler needs including wifi and local calls. Recent change of floor and furniture and nearest place to UCR is a plus. -
