My stay was great. However, maybe they need to fix the door where it cant be open from the inside when the lock is on cause a 2 year old could easily slide out of the room :-( -

Almost everything!! Accommodations were great, room was clean, nicely appointed with touches such as towels folded in animal shapes, extra pillows and blankets, and an extra pad for the fold out couch/bed; Great location for Galleria, quiet, well mannered staff eager to please. Free breakfast was great with omlets, waffles cereal, eggs, etc. -

Free bar! Also liked the way all the suites open onto a balcony overlooking the lobby and bar area, made it feel more like an apartment complex than a hotel. Rooms are actually suites with separate lounge and bedroom areas. So the bedrooms are all set away from the public areas, making them nice and quiet. -
