The hotel was clean, comfortable, spacious, and accommodating. It was also a non-smoking hotel. Being a Californian, one of my least favorite things about Nevada is that there is smoke everywhere, so this was amazing. I love their motto that you don't tip for service you deserve. Indoor pool was great. The room was divided into separate living/sleeping areas, which was great for a family traveling. Housekeeping was amazing! Front desk extremely helpful Great 24hr gym I had a wonderful stay!.
kaikki arvostelut » The room is actually big even its max to 4 people the room is very clean and well stock. The wifi is free and the signal is great. The complementary breakfast is great too its really cheaper and better than the hotels in downtown Reno. New feel, clean, friendly staff, good facilities, good breakfast, pool(!), and great bed. All in a 3 star hotel. Can't complain. Also a stones throw from the airport (free shuttle on demand). The staff was very courteous and they were available on a moment's notice for transport to/from the airport. The rooms were huge and the breakfast buffet bountiful. It was next to the airport and we stayed there prior to driving to Napa Valley. It was quiet, clean, and had a nice eating area. The room was spacious. The staff was friendly and courteous. I love that the whole hotel is nonsmoking. The location is away from the casinos. The late night staff was incredible. They went over and above and were very gracious. The staff was great. The location was great for an early morning flight. beautiful rooms really friendly staff we met other happy travelers. Best rooms for the budget - should really have more stars. Pull out bed soft, comfortable. Room has space for four. Friendly and convenient for short stop over. very helpful staff and great breakfast. Easy check in and right by the airport. Breakfast and cafe open 24/7. The breakfast wasn't so great. The skillet items tasted reheated and were generally hard or tough to bite. The more continental style food was good. I also didn't like that the oatmeal was listed at steel cut oats, when they clearly weren't steel cut. We been charge with the movies even we didnt get one...the tv signal is so bad for a hd lcd tv so its better to bring something to hook in it...the door is too loud when you let go it so better to hold it and careful when you close it...its kinda far in downtown but if you are using the airport this is perfect.. The a/c in our room didn't work correctly: the fan had only one setting which was very loud and drafty (it's right next to the bed) and it had to be left on all night. I have never seen a system like that that had only one speed (typhoon). The address is on Plum Lane, while the entrance is actually on Terminal Ave so we ended up going out of our way to get there when all we really had to do was turn left onto Terminal Ave and go right into the parking lot. It would have been useful for the hotel's web site to say where the actual entrance to the parking lot was located. Nothing. The room had a bad odor. We requested some room air freshener but was told non was available. When we requested extra towels, we had to go to the lobby and pick them up. No extra coffee was available either. The room was not quite up to the standards of other Hyatt hotels that I have stayed at. nothing. Bed could have been firmer.
