  Everyone was extremely friendly and the pool and breakfast bar were big hits with my kids. They aren't easily impressed. - The staff was excellent. Treated us with respect. Also, they packed a nice breakfast for us to take on the plane.

  The Spa was excellent and personnel very professional. We enjoyed the upgrade to the suite. The concierge was very helpful as was the front desk. When I had left my hat (Howard) they did find it and I was able to later pick it up. Much appreciated. Enjoyed lunch and coffee in the lobby areas.   The price was wonderful and the bed was comfortable. Staff was very nice. When we went to check out the room rate was $10 higher than we had been quoted on letsbookhotel.com. Talked to the front staff about it and they took care of it right away. The restaurant (Max) is very yummy! A little pricey, but expected from a hotel restaurant.   The location. The room was nice ans the bathroom was great but the shower was a bit small. The sitting room was nice and lots of closet space. The best parts were the black out blinds that were switch operated so no need to get out of bed and of course that there was a Starbucks in the hotel. - Everything.   The accommodations were great, we were there for a Koniag meeting and our lunch that was served to us was very tasty. The room was clean and comfortable - Excellent hotel! Comfortable super-large rooms. Very good location. Close to airport and shopping and easy drive to Seattle. I'll be back!
