  The service was friendly and very helpful. The pool was great. The restaurant food was very good. The courtesy breakfast was nice and the service fast. Great stay. - The swimming pool was perfect-one of the best hotel pools I've seen--huge, clean, and at 85 degrees. Perfect for kids or lap swimming. The pool gets a 10.

Friendly staff...great continental breakfast....very clean....worth the money...my wife and I enjoyed the 5 nights stay at the hotel...we traveled all the way from hilo, hawaii to watch our son participate in the dii college golf tournament held at the home course....i am 60 and my wife 47. - Breakfast is nice for this price. You can use free cable to access internet.The price is very worthy. - All staff were accommodating. A water leak in a room next to ours was repaired quickly, and quietly.   The accommodations were great, we were there for a Koniag meeting and our lunch that was served to us was very tasty. The room was clean and comfortable - Excellent hotel! Comfortable super-large rooms. Very good location. Close to airport and shopping and easy drive to Seattle. I'll be back!

  My husband and I came for a family funeral, but this hotel was so elegant and romantic we forgot while we were in town. The chandeliers were stunning, the dining room was so formal and beautiful, every time we walked in we were greeted, the cleaning staff was fantastically friendly. They also had good Wi-Fi speed and gave out free USA today papers to every room. The staff were very friendly and helpful too.

  While it seems to be predominately a business hotel. I was in Vancouver for my granddaughter's graduation. I had the grandchildren take turns staying with me to enjoy the pool and shopping; the hotel was really welcoming to these well-behaved children and we all enjoyed their stay. The extra cost for business floor and its amenities turned out not to be worthwhile for this - I have stayed here a couple times before. It is a perfect place to stay. I used to prefer large hotels. But since finding Heathman Lodge I always stay here. Ambiance is perfect! Rooms are spacious and perfectly appointed. Restaurant is gourmet. All levels of staff are well-trained and efficient and always ready to serve with a smile. Have I said enough to convince you to book a room? I hope so!!!!! You will be glad you did!!!!!

  This was a great find for us. The relaxed clibby atmosphere was just right forbour shortbtrip to isit our granddaughter attending Gonzaga. The location was perfect- just a short distance to the college and right downtown The service was fantastic and our room beautiful. Thanks to all the staff for making us feel so welcome.
