The only negative was one front desk person who forgot to write down my request for shuttle service to the airport. Good thing I checked back the night before we were schedule to depart. However, maybe they need to fix the door where it cant be open from the inside when the lock is on cause a 2 year old could easily slide out of the room :-( - Location convenient to the Galleria and I- 635 / us 75 convergence.   Absolutely loved this hotel! The room was very clean and very comfortable, breakfast was very good, the staff was friendly and helpful and no charge for parking which is a plus! Also loved that we didnt have to drive to get to the beach. The swimming pool was clean. And best of all, the price we paid for this hotel was great. I didn't bring mine this time, but I will! Breakfast is nice, but I don't make it by 10am :-( Can you extend til 11? The staff is super nice! The cleaning staff works super hard! I saw them sweeping the sand on the steps of the pier - that's awesome!
