  The customer service is phenomenal! At 3 am the staff went above and beyond by bringing personal care products to our room. Then, at the time of check out a sewing kit was provided after the strap of my shirt broke.   My stay was great. However, maybe they need to fix the door where it cant be open from the inside when the lock is on cause a 2 year old could easily slide out of the room :-( - Location convenient to the Galleria and I- 635 / us 75 convergence. Excellent breakfast buffet. (Extra cost) Large and comfortable suite rooms.
