This hotel is as good or better than any of the larger chains such as -Days Inn, Super 8, Holiday Inn Express, La Quinta etc, which I stayed in during a 3 week trip around Texas, and it offered the best value of all.

We travel a lot and have stayed at many hotels. This one was one of the best. The room was extremely clean and did not smell like room freshener. The king, non-smoking, room was spacious. It included a kitchenette. We were pleased with our 2 day stay. The staff was helpful and friendly. The hotel sits back from the road and may be overlooked. If you like clean, spacious, quiet rooms, very reasonably priced,stay here.

The hotel was very clean and within my budget. The hotel owners were very friendly and supportive. There are many restaurants and small eating joints in the vicinity of the hotel. I traveled via cab and bus to downtown and back to the hotel. Overall its a perfect budget hotel near downtown Houston. -
