Located close to the airport, regular shuttle bus to and from the airport, helpful friendly staff, lovely greeting from Mary on my arrival. We liked everything about this hotel. From the clean, spacious room to the friendly courteous staff, the excellent food at the 2 restaurants, and the proximity to the subway. We attended the Army Navy game, and we intend to return to Philadelphia and will definitely stay at The DoubleTree by Hilton Philadelphia City Center!

The location was fantastic - a historic, listed building at the heart of the city with excellent transportation links. Our room was spacious, comfortable and very clean. Hotel amenities were excellent - we particularly appreciated the Starbucks in the lobby. The staff were courteous and helpful, and early check-in which was great as we arrived a couple of hours ahead of schedule.

helpful. Housekeeping was friendly and punctual. The warm cookies were a
bonus. Room size, bed linens, and shower were all good where most hotels

I like the breakfast. Lemon could have been provided for the tea drinkers. Tea selection was good, my favorite was there, green tea with pomegranite ? .The ladies who worked the breakfast room were excellent, accommodating special requests if possible. Your registration staff was outstanding especially Paula Overstreet. She truly knows what good customer service is all about. I asked her about a good place for breakfast and she gave me a breakfast voucher. She was pleasant and made me feel right at home. Our TV had poor reception. She had a repair person at our room within 10 minutes and followed up with a phone call. For me excellent customer service is the most important aspect of a hotel stay.
