Safety deposit was mistakenly charged twice, but closely followed after my claim and they notified me by e-mail about correction. - location- walking distance to convention center; many shops and restaurants around the corner.   I stay at this hotel often because its a good place to stay. This time there was a snow storm during the night and I did not have a snow brush. The young lady at the desk said it was no problem and supplied me with brush and scraper.   You cannot find a nicer hotel downtown Philly for $109 a night! Top notch service, the receptionist even gave me coupons for a free breakfast when she heard my sister was visiting from out of town. I was there for business nearby, but realy like to get back for some vacation! - The place had a lot character being an older building. We stayed in the unrenovated part of the hotel but it was still nice. Nothing to necessarily write home about but nice. It was clean, the bed was comfortable, and the staff was very nice. Overall a pleasant stay.
