  The Hotel Staff was excellent .The shuttle driver Irene picked me up at the Airport and then went to the desk and checked me in . The desk called my room after checking in to make sure everything was ok with the room . The restaurant staff provided great service and was very freindly . I stay at hotels about 20 days a month for business and this h... mitä ihmiset sanovat » otel staff was far exceptional compared to others . - I am not from the Columbus area. I asked a woman at the front desk about some good places to eat. She told us about the area around the Nationwide Arena. But she went one step further and printed out directions from the hotel to the downtown area. I thought this was extremely helpful and very nice.
