This stay was primarily used to have a hot shower in the AM. I am in Durham everyday commuted from Harnett county, but had a shutdown scheduled for Tuesday at 4AM. My first night there, my airconditioner did not work. I reported it the next morning, when I returned that day, a brand new wall unit had been placed. They fixed the problem quickly, efficiently, and with a smile. I have to return next month for two more weeks of training. I know where I will be staying! Thank you Brookwood Inn!

First thing I noticed was a well lit parking lot. Next was Fast friendly reception on arrival. Quick registration. Rooms and beds clean without bugs or smells. Lots of places to put your things other than the floor. Waffle maker huge hit with the kids. Lots of other breakfast choices, hot and cold. Easy check out. Would stay again. -

This was a great choice for me. My son graduated from Duke and all the hotels that were close were ridiculously expensive. Country Inn was maybe 20 minutes away by car and we loved it. I liked the staff. They were friendly and knowledgeable. I had two separate trips to the airport and they picked us up and brought us back with no hassle or wait. The breakfast was very fresh and the cookies were a welcomed treat during the day.
