  Real nice stay. Close enough to Saratoga racecourse without getting beat up on the room rates. Absolutely top class steakhouse on site which was pricey but definely worth the buck (as good if not better than any nyc. Steakhouse I've eaten in. Proximity to the highway a plus.   So nice to see lemonade and cookies at check-in desk, even though we were too full to enjoy. Staff very friendly and helpful. Bacon beautifully cooked at breakfast buffet; pancakes good. Loved the area for kids near the pool, and the spacious grounds. Lots of little nooks around the hotel for quiet conversations. Loved the fire "pit" outside ... mitä ihmiset sanovat » main entrance. Indoor pool was beautiful, although so many kids there I changed my mind about going in. A disappointment. - The location is very close to the lake and there are many good restaurants nearby. The first night we were given a room that was over looking at the back parking but in the morning the staff were helpful in locating us to a room that overlooking at the lake which was very nice.

  The receptionist who checked us in was amazing. She had to deal with a rude crazy woman ahead of us who was insisting that her rate was supposed to be $89, even though she could produce any paperwork backing her rediculous claim, and the entire time she remained polite and calm. It was clean, new, spacious and the staff warm and friendly, and eager to serve. The rooms were lovely and the bathrooms new and clean.
