  Before booking this motel, I did not check the reviews. Ones I got into the motel, I was bit worried about bed bugs and all. But to my surprise when I stepped into the room, it was very neat and clean. The room size was pretty big. I was taken aback and found everything went well.   Absolutely superb experience at this motel- it is family run and operated and the family really wants to make their customers happy. Not only do they offer free shuttle to and from the falls (saving $20 to $40 on parking per trip....seriously...it's $15 frigging dollars to park at the falls!!) but every experience that we had with them- from the f... mitä ihmiset sanovat » ree continental breakfast to the recommendations on things to do around town were 4 star worthy!! I almost never write reviews like this- but in this - Good value for dollar considering it was Niagara Falls - surprisingly expensive all things considered. Hotel stating they offered breakfast is a joke - seriously, don't even mention it - it is more truthful. That said, extremely convenient location to Falls. Room was acceptably clean with hot water and basic bathroom amenities. Bed was good. Relatively quiet. All in all, a decent hotel with convenient parking.

  Clean,no frills feeling. However, the coffee machine, microwave and refrigerator were really nice to have in the room. Staff were very friendly, pleasant, and helpful. I thought it was a very good value for the money. The bathroom was gorgeous.
