  I had arrived very late at night, the front desk Santonio, (I think) was vey nice to me and he instantly made me feel very comfortable. I had left two bags to travel out of town and everyone ws so helpful when I dropped them and also when I collected them. The options for breakfast was good. The bathroom was really big. The staff was fantastic, from Valet team, (whom called me when I left my phone in the car and brought it to my room), to the front desk, (that allowed me to check in really early), to the cleaning staff, who ran a really tight ship - my room was perfect! We had a rather large yellowish stain on the comforter of one of our beds, and she had housekeeping change it immediately. Also, she gave our family a breakfast voucher for two (which was a $60 value).

  I enjoyed all they had to offer. Upon arrival (1:30pm) our room was not ready (check in was at 4pm but may be ready at 2pm). The receptionist was very friendly and gave us an envelope with two beach passes, and tickets for two lounge chairs. The staff was extremely accommodating, especially since we thought we had double beds in the two rooms we book, but found that we had 1 queen bed in each room which was not going to accommodate 4 ladies. They scrambled to find us what we asked for and gave us 2 rooms which worked great. It was also nice to start our day with that continental breakfast in the morning.
