This was a comfortable room for the price. The staff was very friendly
and helpful. We experienced a problem with the phone in the room and
they were up within 5 minutes to correct the problem. The motel is
currently undergoing renivations which will make the rooms nice and the
facility nice. Our room had been redone and it was very nice. We liked
the hardwood floors instead of carpet.

We had concerns about the cleanliness on our last visit. All the rooms on the first floor have new carpets, furniture, bedcovers, toilets, and everything in the room was clean and fresh. A lovely improvement. -

West Yellowstone is remote so you can't expect Las Vegas standards. The rooms in the Inn are small but clean, bed was comfortable and surprisingly it had a fridge and microwave. I was very surprised with this hotel. Staff is amazing and super friendly, room is great, super comfortable with a lot of little details that makes all the difference. Everything follows the bear theme and you will find a lot of cute surprises around the hotel.
