The staff was extremely friendly and accommodating. We used the breakfast eating area to play cards, visit with family and eat pizza. When we needed extra blankets and towels they were brought to our room very quickly. I've stayed at this hotel since visiting a nephew in Sault Sainte Marie and will continue o do so until he graduates.
